How can I reset my password?

What about the returns?
We have different return policy for different products and hence we list them separately.

For Dresses we accept returns and exchange.

For Ring/Earring, due to the nature of product we are unable to accept returns.

For handbags, we offer return.

How do I return an item?

DRESSES:

Returns:

In case you want to return the dress, we offer store credit which you can use to make any future purchase from us. The store credit will be valid for 1 year. No cash refund will be provided.

Our delivery partner will facilitate the return, free of cost.


Please note that the return request must be raised within 24-48 hours of receiving the dress.

Please make sure that the dress is in the same condition in which it was shipped, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, with all Ghumri tags still attached. Once we receive the return package, we will take 7 days to review and process your return.

To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer support team at support@ghumri.com with the subject "Return - Order #{your order number}", and include the following information in the body of the email:

Description of the problem
Upon receipt of your email, our team will review your return request and respond within 24-48 hours.

 

Exchange: 

The exchange is applicable for size exchange only and not for other dress. In case you have fitting issues or the size is not right for you, you can request for an exchange within 2 days of receiving the package.
Our delivery partner will facilitate the exchange, free of cost.

Please make sure that the dress is in the same condition in which it was shipped, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, with all Ghumri tags still attached. Once we receive the return package, we will take 7 days to review and process your exchange.



RING/EARRING:

At our website, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the products we offer. We carefully inspect each item before it is shipped to ensure that it meets our high standards. However, due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a defect in the item received.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience, but it is necessary to ensure that our customers receive the best possible products. We want to ensure that every customer receives a product that meets their expectations.

However, in case of any defect in the item received, we would be happy to arrange for a replacement, as long as the customer is able to create a video of the item as soon as it is received, showing the defect. This video is necessary for us to verify the defect and process the replacement.

We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause, but we believe that it is important to provide our customers with the best possible products and to protect the integrity of our brand.


 

HANDBAG:

Returns:

In case you want to return the purse/handbag, we offer store credit which you can use to make any future purchase from us. The store credit will be valid for 1 year. No cash refund will be provided. Return fees amounting to Rs 100 will be deducted from the paid amount and returned back as store credit.

Please note that the handbag should be in the same condition, unused without any defects introduced.

The return request must be raised within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.
